Rockfish Recipes
Pan fried Rock Fish:
1- 2 Rockfish depending on size filleted
2-cups Italian Bread Crumbs
1/2 cup Mayo
1/3 cup Horseradish sauce
1-Egg
2-teaspoons milk
Mix Mayo, Horseradish sauce, milk, Egg in bowl. Dip fish into wet ingredients then into breadcrumbs.
Can be fried or baked
Fry until golden brown. 3-4 minutes per side. Depending on thickness of filets.
Bake 350* for 30-40 minutes depending on size of filets.
Fish will be white in color when done.
Baked Rockfish:
Can be done on the outdoor grill or in the oven
1-2 Rockfish depending on the size. I like the fish filleted
3-Tablespoons Butter
1-Onion
1-Lemon
Old Bay Seasoning
Cut onion and lemon into slices.
Put fish on aluminum foil or in baking dish, add lemon, onion, butter Old Bay Seasoning on top of fish.
Cover with aluminum foil. Place on grill until the meat is white in color.
or In
oven 350 for 30 minutes. Fish will be white in color when done.
